About Heather Fenoughty: An award-winning composer and sound designer for film, television, theatre and multimedia.
Her credits include several feature films, documentaries for BBC1, 2, 3, 4 and ITV1; she has worked on nearly a hundred short films, winning awards for sound, and including the BAFTA-nominated 'Nits' (2004).
Her commercial credits include adverts for Nissan and from her studio in the North of England she works with clients as far away as Los Angeles (USA) and Tokyo (Japan), as well as companies across the UK.
Her soundscapes have most recently appeared at the Barbican, London, in the sell-out theatre installation 'Helium' (Slung Low), starring Patrick Stewart.
Her musical styles range from classical, epic, orchestral, intimate solo pieces, to contemporary, pop and avant-garde works. She is equally adept at both original and sound-a-like music. |
